Exceptions to the Guarantee:
In case of incidentals, which are regarded as after-treatment: e.g. removal of the stitches after an operation or the relining of denture. In case of temporary solutions no guarantee claims can be accepted.
The guarantee services will be reduced or withdrawn:
- Crown/Bridge
- Veneer
- Inlay/Onlay

In case of incidentals, which are regarded as after-treatment: e.g. removal of the stitches after an operation or the relining of denture. In case of temporary solutions no guarantee claims can be accepted.
The guarantee services will be reduced or withdrawn:
- in case of missing the annual check-up
- in case of neglected hygiene of the mouth
- in case of not following the descriptions of the dentist
- in case of natural degradation of the teeth, gum, or the jaw-bone
- in case of untreated malfunction of the mandibular joint
- in case of excessive increase or decrease in wight within a short period
- in case of existence of a general illness which has a detrimental effect on the masticators (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, state following xray or cytostatic treatment)
- for temporary solution we cannot undertake any guarantee service
- after-treatments, e.g. removal of the stitches after an operation or the relining of a denture do not belong to the guarantee services
